SENNEFER does not store full payment card details on its systems; payments are processed through secure payment providers.

We deliver within the UAE. Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

Standard shipping is AED 25, based on the store's current settings.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional fee of AED 9 may apply. This fee is shown before you confirm your order.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, and is eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us right away. We will handle the case in line with consumer rights and applicable UAE laws, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
